Security your management team can see, review, and improve.

KC Property Patrol & Security is designed around the realities of apartment and commercial property management—not vague promises. Every program starts with the property, the people using it, and the outcomes management needs after hours.

We pair a visible, respectful presence with written procedures and useful documentation. The result is a more accountable security program built to support residents, staff, and property operations.

Coverage built around
your property.

Every assignment is defined by written duties, authorized areas, reporting expectations, and escalation procedures.

Mobile patrol or a standing guard?

Both can provide a professional, visible presence. The right model depends on how continuous the assignment must be, how many areas need to be checked, and how management wants activity documented.

Start with the property—not a generic package.

Detailed service pages explain how each program can be structured, what management can define in post orders, and what information should appear in activity reports.

A practical way to start.

No one-size-fits-all package. We build from site conditions, management priorities, and measurable expectations.

01

Consult

Tell us what is happening after the office closes—and what better coverage should accomplish.

02

Walk the property

We document operational concerns, priority areas, and service needs.

03

Build the plan

We define coverage, post orders, checkpoints, notifications, and escalation procedures.

04

Start the pilot

A paid 90-day pilot can measure visibility, reporting, and responsiveness.

05

Review performance

We evaluate activity, reporting quality, feedback, and opportunities to adjust coverage.

06

Move forward

Successful pilots can transition into a recurring property or multi-site agreement.

90DAY
PAID PILOT

Give your team a clear basis for a longer-term decision.

When appropriate, a paid pilot defines duties, coverage, reporting, and review criteria up front—so performance can be evaluated against the plan.

What can an unarmed security officer do?+

Our officers observe, maintain a visible presence, document activity, assist residents within written procedures, communicate with management, and escalate emergencies to police, fire, EMS, or 911. They are private security personnel, not police officers.

How are patrol visits verified?+

Programs can include GPS-stamped visits, designated checkpoint scans, time-stamped photographs when permitted, activity reports, and supervisor review.

Can officers help with parking problems?+

Yes. Officers can observe and document parking-compliance concerns according to written property procedures. They do not independently decide whether a vehicle will be towed or removed.

How does lockout assistance work?+

Assistance is limited to situations where identity, residency or occupancy, authority, and property procedures have been verified. Officers do not provide locksmith work, bypass locks, or force entry.

Is a paid 90-day pilot available?+

When appropriate, we can structure a paid pilot with defined duties, coverage, reporting, and review criteria so management can evaluate the program before considering a recurring agreement.

Can one management company cover multiple properties?+

Yes. We can discuss a coordinated program for multiple Kansas City metro properties while keeping post orders, reporting, and site-specific responsibilities clear.

What happens at your property after hours?

Tell us about the site, the concerns your team is managing, and the coverage you are considering. We’ll follow up to discuss whether a walk-through, proposal, or paid pilot makes sense.
